English Muffin Cheesecake

1 carb, 1 fruit, & ½ dairy
   Ingredients:
  • ½ English muffin
  • 1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese
  • ½ tablespoon sugar free preserves (any flavor)


Toast the English muffin, spread cream cheese, & then top with preserves.

Serve with 3 oz fat free yogurt and ¼ of a 6 inch cantaloupe or honeydew melon.
