Cheese Grits

1 carb, 1 fruit, & ½ dairy
   Ingredients:
  • ½ cup cooked plain grits (instant is ok)
  • 1¼ oz fat free cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium granny smith apple


Blend hot grits and cheese together and mmmm... CHEESE GRITS!

A fresh sliced apple goes great with this recipe!
