Green Bean Casserole

1 carb & 1 veggie
   Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen green beans, defrosted
  • ¼ cup low-fat, low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup fat free croutons
  • 2 tsp fat free grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbl dried onion flakes (no...not the fried onions in the can!)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a small non-stick casserole dish, combine green beans and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Barely crush the croutons, you want them course, and mix them with parmesan, garlic and onion flakes.
  4. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the green beans and bake for 20 min. or until top is crispy and lightly browned.
  5. ENJOY!!!
º Serve this casserole with broiled chicken or fish seasoned with Mrs. Dash® and dinner is served!
