A Little About Us!
Transformations Advanced Medical Weight Loss was established in 1987, and bases our medical program on the extensive research of Dr. Simeons. We currently have nine locations that are medically staffed so each time you visit our clinic, one of our nurses will care for you personally. We do not use prepackaged foods or liquid diets & the food we recommend for our program can be found in your grocery store. Our main goal is to motivate you toward new eating habits as well as to control fat intake, so ideally you will keep the weight off! We have developed a Metabolic Recovery Program because we know that dieting for long periods of time and yo-yo dieting lowers the metabolism, which can make weight loss a struggle. We will guide you in ways to avoid this. If you already have this problem, we will help you correct it. When you reach your goal weight, we have a Lifetime Maintenance Program, which is FREE. Our weight loss coaches will give you personal instructions as to how to maintain your success.
Along with the education and support we will provide, there are other ways we can help you. We have available a natural hormone called hCG*, which stands for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin*. hCG* is believed to break down your abnormal body fat, causing you to lose inches. At the same time, it protects your body's good fat (endogenous) and muscle from depleting. That means that you can go on a low calorie food plan and lose weight without the typical problems such as muscle loss and sagging skin. We do have prescription appetite suppressants available that have been used to assist with weight loss for over 40 years. These give you great will-power by curbing your appetite, making it easier to eat the right food in the correct proportions for successful weight loss. We also have natural alternatives and enhancers. These products can jumpstart your metabolism, burn more calories, reduce body fat, and block carbohydrates from being stored as fat. We also offer products to help with carbohydrate sensitivity, insulin resistance, PMS, hot flashes, and arthritic issues, just to name a few. Transformations’ products are made of top quality pharmaceutical grade ingredients. The staff, our patients and we use them with great results.
The first visit is by appointment only, and will last approximately two hours. After this first visit, you will come in weekly without an appointment.

The lab test is very comprehensive and a great value. This required lab profile includes a Complete Blood Count, Thyroid Panel with TSH, Lipid Panel and a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel. If you have a lab profile that meets this requirement that is dated within three months prior to your initial visit, the physician would be happy to accept it.
During your initial visit, it will be determined which parts of the basic program would be most beneficial for you, and that would dictate the amount of your weekly fee. The weekly fee has a broad range in order to accommodate your personal budget changes.
