     Transformations International, Inc., established in 1987, is an advanced medical weight loss company. It provides medical weight loss services to patients desiring a healthy, effective weight loss and management program as well as the advantages of medical assistance. The weight loss program consists of a three-phase approach guided by intensively trained medical professionals. A nutritionally sound and balanced dietary program is the backbone of the educational process used to guide patients to a healthier lifestyle. The program does not rely on prepackaged foods or liquid diets laden with additives, but rather on healthy foods from the grocery store.

     The Company is headed by Linda Parker, R.N., Founder and Chairman, and business partner Bigler J. ("Trey") Stouffer, III, President and CEO.

     Through research and her own personal interest in diet and weight loss, Ms. Parker came to realize that the concept of using medication for weight loss would be extremely successful when combined with the proper guidelines and medical supervision. Using the balance of an improved dietary outlook, available support and motivation, medical and natural aids and a more active lifestyle, Ms. Parker has empowered over 80,000 patients with the ability and knowledge to lose weight and to maintain a healthy weight.

     Linda Parker opened the first medical weight loss clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. Trey Stouffer became President and CEO in 1994. Combining her deep commitment to patient care with Trey's business acumen and vision, Transformations has expanded to seven locations in the Central Florida area and two locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Four new locations are projected to open in Tampa, Florida, with the first opened on February 1, 2006.
